About the project
We welcome outstanding researchers to join our large and vibrant academic community of active research staff. We are dedicated to developing and supporting researchers and nurturing excellent research from our staff and students.
Our Department
Join us and you'll be a part of a department whose research has real world significance; the Research Excellence Framework (REF) 2021 ranked us 13th for research impact, and joint 9th overall.
We offer an outstanding research environment that ranked 8th in the Research Excellence Framework (REF) 2021, and hold regular research seminars and meetings.
We work in close collaboration with departments across the University and other national and international academic partners, which our involvement with a number of interdisciplinary research centres reflects. We have strong industrial links that you may benefit from.
