Reading Researcher Development Programme

We have created the Reading Researcher Development Programme (RRDP) to provide you with the skills you need to carry out your research professionally and effectively.

Development for women

Aimed at female doctoral researchers at Reading, the Springboard development programme (formerly Sprint) has been researched and designed to address the study and career issues faced by women at university. The programme helps you to develop focussed goals and aspirations, increase effectiveness, clarify values and build confidence.
