About the project

Enhancing research training experience for Bristol’s PGR community is one of the core aims of the Bristol Doctoral College. Through our collaborative relationships, we’re creating development opportunities for students with partners from Australia to Africa.

• International collaborative PhDs The Bristol Doctoral College conceives and initiates new international cotutelle (Dual PhD) partnerships, and oversees a growing number of collaborations. We play a central role in engaging with external partners, supporting the set-up of co-supervision, and helping ensure regulatory compliance.
• GW4 Alliance The GW4 Alliance offers a variety of advantages to postgraduate research students registered at any of its four institutions, including access to a collaborative network and expert training opportunities.
