Registration and transfer

You will be required to log into the Student Information Login then go to Forms, My Requests and then to Register or Transfer Request and submit the request.

Extension, suspension, withdrawal and mode of study

Please note if you wish to make a request for one of the following change of circumstances:

You will be required to log into the Student Information Login then go to Forms, My Requests and then to Change of Circumstances and submit the request.

• Suspension of Period of Registration
• Extension of Period of Registration
• Notification of Withdrawal of Registration
• Change in Mode of Study
• RDC Regulations 7.3 Temporary period of suspension - Guidance notes
• PGR Event Log (to be used for evidence to support any of the above student requests)

Change in supervision arrangements

• RDC-S Application for change in approved supervision arrangements

Submission and declaration forms
