About the Project This PhD project explores business model innovation and strategic renewal in established or growing organizations. Potential topics include business model redesign, strategic renewal, digital business models, revenue model innovation, corporate entrepreneurship, industry disruption, and the transformation of traditional firms. The project is especially relevant for senior managers, consultants, entrepreneurs, family business leaders, corporate strategists, and innovation professionals. Candidates may examine how organizations reinvent their value proposition, operating model, customer logic, or competitive strategy in response to market, technological, or institutional change. Research may involve qualitative case studies, executive interviews, comparative analysis, or mixed-methods research. Projects linking business model change to performance, resilience, or growth are encouraged. Tuition and scholarships This is a self-funded doctoral research opportunity. The total tuition fee for the Franklin Hudson PhD program is €78,250 . Partial merit-based scholarships may be awarded to strong candidates, up to 30% maximum of tuition. Payment plans are available.
