About the Project This PhD research opportunity invites candidates to examine strategic management in complex international environments. Possible topics include strategic decision-making, competitive strategy, international growth, organizational adaptation, geopolitical risk, institutional complexity, and strategy execution across markets. The project is designed for senior professionals, consultants, executives, entrepreneurs, and managers working in multinational or internationally oriented organizations. Candidates may study how leaders develop and implement strategy under uncertainty, across cultures, or in rapidly changing competitive environments. Research may involve qualitative case studies, executive interviews, comparative international analysis, or mixed methods. Projects involving emerging markets, cross-border expansion, or complex stakeholder environments are strongly encouraged. Tuition and scholarships This is a self-funded doctoral research opportunity. The total tuition fee for the Franklin Hudson PhD program is €78,250 . Partial merit-based scholarships may be awarded to strong candidates, up to 30% maximum of tuition. Payment plans are available.
