About the Project This PhD research opportunity explores how international organizations identify, adopt, govern, and scale new technologies. Potential topics include technology strategy, digital transformation, innovation governance, emerging technology adoption, IT-business alignment, technology roadmapping, and the role of senior leadership in technology-driven change. The project is especially suitable for experienced professionals from multinational corporations, consulting firms, technology companies, operations, innovation, or executive management. Candidates may examine how organizations manage technological change across markets, business units, cultures, and regulatory environments. Research may be qualitative, quantitative, or mixed-methods, with particular value placed on studies that connect strategic technology decisions to organizational performance and international competitiveness. Tuition and scholarships This is a self-funded doctoral research opportunity. The total tuition fee for the Franklin Hudson PhD program is €78,250 . Partial merit-based scholarships may be awarded to strong candidates, up to 30% maximum of tuition. Payment plans are available.
