About the project
About the Project Traditional go-to-market strategies can be too slow for markets shaped by rapid demand shifts, digital platforms, AI-enabled buying behavior, and changing customer expectations. This DBA research opportunity focuses on the design of adaptive go-to-market architectures that integrate AI tools, market intelligence, sales processes, and strategic execution. Possible research directions include AI-driven sales enablement, agentic commerce, pricing agility, customer segmentation, market responsiveness, digital GTM stacks, and the alignment of strategy with execution in dynamic markets. This opportunity is particularly relevant for experienced professionals in technology startups, e-commerce, FMCG, SaaS, consulting, sales leadership, marketing strategy, business development, or entrepreneurship. Candidates may design an adaptive GTM framework, AI-enabled market execution model, or commercial agility toolkit. The expected contribution is a practical artefact that helps organizations reduce the gap between market insight, strategic decision-making, and commercial execution. Tuition and scholarships This is a self-funded doctoral research opportunity. The total tuition fee for the Franklin Hudson DBA program is €62,600 . Partial merit-based scholarships may be awarded to strong candidates, up to 30% maximum of tuition. Payment plans are available.
